  1. To find out the profile of your ideal client, ask them. Next time your ideal client comes into your business ask them a few questions to determine their age, income, education, hobbies/recreation, job and family to identify their status range. Next, buy mailing, telemarketing and e-mail lists to reflect that.
  2. Also ask them what is the best way to attract their attention and reach them. e.g. what offers do they respond to best by mail, telemarketing and e-mail and why.
  3. Next, you also need to buy Snail Mail, Telemarketing and e-Mail lists of these ideal clients.
  4. Test everything each and every Month to find the best most effective combination of Snail Mail, Telemarketing and e-Mail campaign to reach and get Past, Present, and Future Clients to buy from you more often. Remember each campaign needs to have a unique ID so you can measure how effective each is.
  5. Each time you contact Past, Present, and Future clients make it informative and compelling so they do business with you eventually. Remember studies show that you often need to contact one individual up to 11 times before they react favorably.
