Manage stock, sales force, clients and more. Every business should have that luxury. Well now you are a few days or hours from getting that for your business. Where: There are usually 2 versions of each... online and offline. Online is Web/Internet based. Offline is Software based and is loaded directly onto your computer. These days you can even find companies that offer both in one package. Why: You need these programs to systemize your company for both effectiveness and efficiency. This is one way to boost your profits... Imagine knowing precisely how much stock you have at any point you wish to know... Imagine knowing precisely how many items were sold today, yesterday, last week, last month... and also know who sold what and who bought what, when, how much, how often and so much more instantly, anytime you desire such information, whether you are onsite or not. It makes it so much easier to boost client retention, get referrals, get testimonials, learn who your best clients are and their buying habits, how often they buy, which staff member is the best performer, who to promote and who to let go, etc. How: For as little as $10 per month you can get a super effective internet based system. Once you decide on a system, implement and execute it, you have to train your staff and monitor it all for at least the first few months. Pros: You will FREE up many precious time for both you and your staff. Reports will be more precise, concise and meaningful. You and your staff will be much more productive and less stressed. Cons: It cost a little. You and your staff need to put some effort into learning and get used to the new system so there is a learning curve and that will bring some confusion for a short time. But it is all worth it in the long run in my opinion. |
